You’ll provide an outstanding service to all users and to directly assist in maintaining and developing the business levels and profitability of all areas of the Top Tracer Range Facility, whilst adhering to Company Policies and Procedures, ensuring total customer satisfaction and exceeding member expectations.Main DutiesTo develop the role of Top Tracer Team Member to achieve an increasingly efficient, effective & profitable method of operating. To flexibly work and fullfil the multifunctional role required at all times.To maintain high standards of cleanliness & product, personal hygiene and customer service.To train, learn and continue to improve knowledge of all the products and procedures both in the range and food and beverage service. Knowledge/interest in golf desirable.To undertake duties, as required, relating to the maintenance, preparation and effective running of the driving range in accordance with standard operating proceduresTo assist with food and beverage service as required both within the range bays and patio and ensure these areas remain clean and to expected high standards at all timesDrive golf buggy and range picker in a safe and correct manner in accordance with policy and procedure and trainingEnsure safe and effective use of all range equipment in accordance with policy and procedure and trainingEnsure the facility, in its entirity is always maintained to the highest standard from pre-opening checks and preparation, throughout the day and closedown and preparation for the following dayAssist in other areas of the club as required by Golf Operations Manager & Top Tracer ManagerTo liaise and communicate effectively with the Golf Operations Manager, Top Tracer Manager, Top Tracer Food & Beverage Team & Top Tracer Team.To welcome all Top Tracer users giving advice on all aspects of the the facility to provide the best guest experience and increase future member engagementTo upsell in all areas of the facility – from additional buckets of balls, food & beverage, greens fees on the Spires, Fab Fore.Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested by the Golf Operations Manager and General Manager.To be fully conversant with all emergency procedures for Fire & Accident and to report any accidents in the prescribed manner. To act in accordance with the Club’s Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.To promote the Club’s reputation for exceptional standards of customer care and service.
