Job Description:
Implement and execute training programs all over the company in different departments.
Bring innovation to training design, sharing best practices across platforms, and departments.
Design new training tools and toolkits, & develop new learning systems.
Introduce onsite, and online trainings.
Work on KPIs and creating Performance management system.
Running the performance management cycle twice a year.
Requirements:
Relevant graduate degree.
Two or more years’ experience developing, managing, facilitating and evaluating training programs.
Must have training & performance management experience in tech industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shift Timings: Afternoon-Bi (03:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
