This position will work directly with supporting the building and operating of VIP Retail Lending Operations.*VIP Account Manager, Retail Lending*Location: Full-time, Remotely based in Singapore*Responsibilities: *Develop and maintain relationships with Celsius VIP loan clientsManage VIP loan accounts through the sales cycle through the entire life cycle of the loanAssist clients with all aspects of their loans, as well as cross selling additional Celsius products, and working with other Celsius teams to provide the best customer experience.Cross-team and remote work with compliance department, tech team, finance team, Corporate Desk, business development, and customer support teamAttend conferences and represent the Celsius Lending departmentGenerate and close leadsMeet with clients online and/or in personAssist in building and operating new programs and services for VIP clientsRequirements: Undergraduate degree or above3+ years Account/Client Relationship Management experienceKnowledge, passion, and experience in the crypto fieldPersonal crypto userAble to work collaboratively and independentlyStrong focus on quality Client Service and Interpersonal SkillsExceptional Analytical and Quantitative Problem-solving SkillsProactive with attention to details, strong organizational skills and an ability to execute assignments well and meet deadlinesNice to haves: Business development background (preferred)Experience working across cross-functional teams and time zonesWhite glove/VIP client experienceProfessional crypto experienceCelsius is currently operating fully while navigating COVID-19 guidelines.
