You will contribute to multiple projects assisting in the transfer of design proofs to working html within the CMS framework. Experience of PHP is essential.Main duties1. Programming in existing and new projects2. Progressing project work independently and in collaboration with staff and clients3. Participation in project team meetings4. Working with clients to find suitable design solutions5. Growing and maintaining a knowledge of industry technologiesKnowledge / Skills / Competencies· LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP)· CSS, JavaScript, HTML· Knowledge of relational database design· Design & Photoshop skills· Knowledge of jQuery, bootstrap, and other development libraries· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients· Ability to work independently on projects while keeping focused on objectives· Good organisational skills to manage your workload while working on multiple projects· Excellent time keeping and experience of working to deadlines· Passion for creating excellent user experiences· Fascination with solving problems· Bachelor’s degree in a computing related disciplineExperience· Must have 3+ years of commercial development experience· Must have experience of completing projects with PHP (this should be demonstrable by project portfolio, GitHub etc.)Part-time hours: 35 per week. Potential to work from home after a settling in period.
