Job Description : Your responsibilities include: Work with UX Design, Content and Marketing to create amazing user experiences across our websites.Employ usability testing methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data to drive feature enhancements.Present your ideas and rationale behind design decisions to your team and ensure they align with the roadmap.Keep up with the latest changes in industry standards and share knowledge with the team.Skills we appreciate: Have a holistic understanding of WordPress, website design–visual design, and experience design.Ability to think long and short term to stay on top of the constraints of a continuous release process while iterating toward a future vision.Proven work experience as a WordPress and Front-end developer.Proficient understanding of corePHP, MySql and web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.A strong understanding of WordPress plugins and the ability to modify them for custom use.Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.Proficient in Git.Understanding of layout aesthetics and SEO principles.Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Experience in using a Page builder like Elementor / WPBakery.Good communication skills.01-03 years of work experience in a similar profile.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
