OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for driving innovation of our talent and learning processes at Rockwell Automation. This includes designing and enhancing Workday business processes such as performance, goal setting, learning, succession, talent review and talent hub and marketplace. We are looking for someone with a strong Workday background, ability to design business processes, partnering with other Product Owners and cross functional teams as well as promoting adoption of new and delivered features. Requires strong techno-functional expertise with an eagerness to troubleshoot, design and enhance our product and have an appetite for new technology used the HR ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
In partnership with HR and business leaders, executes the performance management activities, including: support of the annual review process, Leadership Review, employee development, compliance learning campaigns and provides analytics of processes.
Manages all functional aspects of Learning including, ensuring the accurate training records in this centralized database, reporting information for various regulatory requirements, testing changes to the system, building campaigns and posting e-learning modules.
Trains employees, managers, HR partners and learning Admins on the basic use of the system’s functionalities such as reporting and navigating Workday Talent & Learning.
Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) by troubleshooting and resolving system and content issues.
Participates or facilitates sessions to design the automation of business processes, business rules and workflows that are scalable to allow for rapidly changing experiences and strategies.
Collaborates with leadership, IT, functional stakeholders, global experience owners and service center teams to shape and design positive customer experiences.
Partners with HRBPs and business leaders on implementation of BU/functional initiatives for talent management, ensuring a globally consistent application of processes and frameworks
In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have:
Experience with change management in a global organization.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to translate data and analytics into a compelling story.
Ability to think holistically about processes and programs; anticipate impact of changes to end users (employees, managers, HR) and recommend approach to implementation plans – as well as future considerations for process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to influence others not under one’s control; ability to develop positive working relationships and leverage them to accomplish results.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
3-5 years of relevant talent management and project management experience
1+ years of advanced experience in Workday Talent configuration.
