Job Description : Position: Yarn Store Incharge (Factory)Industry: Home Furnishing Fabric ManufacturingResponsibilities: Complete in charge of Grey & Dyed Yarn Store and to ensure proper maintenance and entire activities of GREY & DYED YARN and store such as a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely issue and dispatch.Supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements including Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP & ERPStock keeping, Use of Bin Card in every item of grey & dyed yarn assigned work in connection with store and maintain required MIS and update in ERP.Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin card.Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the storage area.Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports of the storeCheck & supervise the daily yarn receiving & issuing to the preparatory and production department and with all other documents related to materials movement and report to the concerned department heads.Follow-up with the suppliers for day-to-day requirements, fixing the timing for the issue and receiving the materials, receiving Indents, etc.Keep costs and other overheads within the budget limited.Liaison with respective departments for each & every aspect related to store activities.Make sure the inventory control properly by using Datatex ERP.Prepare monthly stock report and send it to the concerned departmentMonitor the MRR, delivery challan, and gate passPeople Management, managing & handing the store team properly and training them regularly to perform in a better manner.Any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager/management.Qualification: Diploma in Textile Management or any equivalent DegreeExperience: At least 5 years of experience in Yarn Store Incharge in Garment/Textil Manufacturing Industry is a must.Additional Requirements: ∎ Age at least 25 years and above∎ Only males are allowed to apply∎ Have sound experience in Yarn store & Gray fabric∎ Good knowledge & skills in the computer MS Office package & ERP.∎ Strong technical knowledge in yarn store systems and their SOP.∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.Work Location:Ascent Décor Private Limited,22/5B Beratena Agrahara, Hosur Road, Electronic City, Bangalore – 560100, Karnataka, India.
