Job Description : Develop estimates for workConduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.Document gathered software requirements and review the list of requirements with customer for sign-off.Design and document sound functional and technical solutions, including process flows in Lucidchart and technical customizations, based on customer requirements. Work with the customer to get sign-off.Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora Finance, Zuora Reporting and Zuora Market place apps to meet the approved designs.Configure and test Zuora CPQ (Zuora Quotes and Zuora 360) to meet the approved Customer Acquisition flow designsDevelop/Customize the Plug-ins in Zuora Quotes to meet the Technical RequirementsProvide Consulting support on Zuora APIs for Web-Selfcare integrationProvide Consulting support on Migration of Data from customer’s existing platform to ZuoraPerform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with development team and customerCreate and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to customerSupport the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical questionsStay current on new Zuora features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvementsCreate and maintain documentation on processes and application configurationCommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirementsAddress scope creep through change order management in a proactive mannerWork closely with Solution Delivery Manager and other team members and is responsible for managing the end-to-end solution design.MUST HAVES: Subscription billing experienceZuora Billing,Zuora FinanceZuora ReportingZuora Market place app*NICE TO HAVES: SalesforceCPQJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $95,000.00 – $138,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have a valid work permit/What is your visa status?Do you consent to sharing of your resum e with the hiring manager if you qualify?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Software development: 1 year (Preferred)Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)zoura: 10 years (Preferred)Subscription billing: 1 year (Preferred)Zoura billing: 1 year (Preferred)zoura finance: 1 year (Preferred)zoura market place apps: 1 year (Preferred)CPQ: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
