We are seeking to appoint an excellent administrator preferably with good knowledge of the Student Records/Admissions System (SITS) and of student admission procedures, to join our small Student Recruitment team. You will be expected to provide full administrative support for postgraduate admissions and contribute to induction and associated activities.
Dealing with enquiries from potential students face-to-face, on the telephone and by email/online, you will require excellent spoken and written English skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
You will be involved in Open Days and other marketing work relating to admissions and the recruitment of students, including social media.
You should be motivated to act on your own initiative, have excellent inter-personal and IT skills, have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service as part of a small team.
