Job Description : Reflect Education are currently recruiting an ABA Therapist to support a young person on a educational home programme in the Gorseinon area.Reflect Education supports the education and care of children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.This role will involve supporting the individual at their home address with another therapist during school hours. The programme is managed and maintained by our Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Autism Specialist Teacher.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are flexible, creative and willing to do what it takes to motivate our pupils/clients. Experience of interventions including applied behaviour analysis (ABA), PECS, Intensive Interaction and Sensory Integration would be advantageous.This role will be suitable to individuals with experience in the educational/care sector, supporting individuals with autism in a school setting or on home educational programmes. This position is available for a 1 term fixed contract however opportunities exist for the successful candidate to progress within our additional services.Reflect Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 32.5 per weekSalary: £9.69-£16.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekends
