Job Description : Job profileStudent’s counselors initiate the telephonic contact with existing and prospective MBA aspirants in order to generate admissions. Student’s counselor is responsible for reaching out to prospect students over the telephone (and connecting with students over multiple touch points including mailers, social media platforms, physical interaction etc — besides the phone call).Students Counselors have to work at the institution to promote admissions, assist students for the application and admission process. They also represent FIREBIRD at recruiting events and other recruiting or outreach initiatives.To be successful as a student’s counselor rather than convincing the toughest aspirant — should be able to think strategically, filter and identify hot prospects and convert themRoles and responsibilities· Learn and have a thorough knowledge about the programme.· Reach out to existing and prospective MBA aspirants to present about our programme.· Do the students counseling for the admission, provide the required and valid information to them.· Tele calling with the available data. Follow ups through using different tools includes, calls, email, Whatsapp email and SMS· Address any questions or issues students or parents may have· Communicate with students to understand their requirements and counsel them that how our programme match their expectations.· Converts inquiries into admission or next level by answering inbound telephone calls.· Keep an updated, clean and neat database. Maintain effective and updating information in the CRM/ Database.· Meet the targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.· Meet the daily target calls per day minimum 100 and 70% must need to connect with students.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English, Tamil (Preferred)Application Deadline: 07/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
