This position will be leading to drive strong analytics for EH & SH business in the region and lead Inventory management for region
The position will report to the Strategic Program Director, Essential & Skin Health EMEA
Own the data and analytics activities for EMEA Essential Health and Skin Health business
Shape and drive overall Supply Chain Analytics landscape to accelerate business outcomes and drive GP improvement, in partnership with regional supply chain, finance and IT teams
Understand the key business processes and their systems, data used and generated by these processes, and can translate data into business opportunities for cost reduction and GP improvement through data analytics
Understand business problems and correlate with data analysis required to solve the same
Support with required data and analysis to drive key projects in region. (Network projects, supply chain remodeling, GP transformation etc.)
Define the key metrics and roll out supporting dashboards and tools required to support ecommerce, supplier agility and reliability, Inventory analytics etc.
Lead Inventory management for region including updates on Inventory for Global and regional supply chain leadership
Drive robust safety stocks refresh process and work closely with GPEx on changes to AIM model/approach
Coach and mentor, a team of analysts under him/her
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree concentration in engineering, mathematics, computer engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree in data science and/or PhD is strongly preferred
8 years of experience with around 3-4 years of Supply Chain functional experience
Ability to represent the data in most intuitive formats and structure
Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.
Stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels and ability to present to senior management
A Leader with an agile mindset with experience in shaping solutions, with good communication and collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of visualization tools, data science tools and SQL is a must
