DReports to: Operations Director Internal Stakeholders: Quality, Safety, National Support Centre Experience and Skills: Working as part of a Divisional Operations team, the post holder will be responsible for leading quality outcomes and education for our children as well as the operational aspects of our Centres. Reporting directly to the Divisional Operations Director the post holder must be capable of developing highly effective partnerships with parents, staff and regulatory bodies to ensure that best practice continues to be maintained consistently across all our Centres. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure the provision of high-quality services that are inclusive, flexible and comply with the legislative requirements Ensure outstanding, quality childcare and education is being delivered across all centres Ensure that outstanding customer service is delivered at all times including excellent parent and other stakeholder relationships Ensure all KPIs are met: contribution target, CTS ratio, wage control and occupancy Ensure centralised debt collection process is followed In conjunction with the Centre Directors, build on current capacity to achieve occupancy target Ensure excellent customer service and quality requirements to all stakeholders, including our children and Parents Take responsibility for Health and Safety of children and employees within your area Arrange for the maintenance of the settings to be maintained and attended to as and when necessary Agree and review individual Targets and objectives with Centre Directors Provide on the day support for Ofsted inspections as and where required Work closely with the Centre Director and Local authorities Ensure that all centres are appropriately staffed, including building local recruitment strategies for hard to fill locations Develop open and positive working relationships with Centre teams Support and develop Centres teams, driving a positive culture and inspiring them to be the best they can be Management Behaviours We are obsessive about our values We act with integrity and transparency in all our relationships and are approachable by any colleague We have confidence and energy and inspire action We know our numbers and keep improving them We do what we say we are going to do and execute at speed We are challenging and will take difficult decisions but always show respect Person Specification Minimum 3 years’ experience of working within a multi-site commercial environment Ideally have good knowledge and demonstrable experience in creating outstanding children’s nurseries Worked at a regional operational level Be an inspirational leader Be an effective problem solver Be results driven Be fun to work with Ideally hold the relevant childcare qualification Hold a full driving licence and has the ability to travel Apply NowWork remotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £50,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:ChildcareCompany pensionSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
