As well as updating the payroll expenses spreadsheet ready for month-endTracking monthly managed service and prepayment invoicesProcessing POs – tracking, updating, reconciling & sending regular updates to the Finance ManagerPosting purchase invoices on SagePosting bank transactions on SageReconciling creditor accounts/accounts payableScanning accounts documents – remittances, receipts, invoices etc.Skills Required: Previous qualifications or experience within Math’s or Finance is advantageous.Job Types: Full-time, ApprenticeshipSalary: £12,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
