Role Summary
Assistant Manager in Assessment Design & Analytics plays a critical role in planning & delivering high quality Coding assessment content to clients for their pre-hiring requirements. This role requires continuous pursuit of improving & applying subject matter expertise. It also entails internal & external stakeholder management.
Role Responsibilities
A rock-star in writing code in either of C/C++/Java/C#/Python/PHP/Perl.Develop high quality, creative programming questions involving various concepts from data structures such as trees, graphs to dynamic programming such as knapsack problems and moreQuality check (content) to meet standards set up by AON in assessmentsDesign the problem in a manner to test candidate’s solution on various parameters such as whether it can just pass basic cases or can also pass the edge cases such as handling division by zero etcSet the standards of problem such that the candidate can be measured on both space and time complexity of their solutions. Like if the solution can be created without memory or can be solved in O(n log n) complexity rather than n2 complexityResponsible for making questions available for hiring great coders and hackers for various clients
Create programming questions which meet the client’s requirement and help assess a test-takers’ caliber in terms of skill set
