Job Description : We are investing in Rawtenstall! Our Beesknees in Rawtenstall is currently undergoing a £150,000 refurbishment! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who will jump on board with our new General Manager ready for the reopening of this venue in April. We are looking for someone motivated who will be willing to get heavily involved drive the business forwards! Ideally someone who has cocktail and kitchen experience.Can you create an enjoyable atmosphere and give the customers an experience to remember? Are you sales driven and ready for a new project!? Are you passionate about customer service and standards?…You might just be what we are looking for!We require a full new team for this venue after its extensive refurbishment, as an assistant manager you will be working along side the new general manager and helping build the team and launch the venue.This is a full time 45 hour vacancy and you are expected to have a sensible approach to your working pattern, including working busy weekend nights, bank holidays, Christmas period and any special events.The right candidate will have a thirst for learning cocktails and kitchen experience!
