Job requirements:
Development of Training business and Interested parties for training batches for national and international.
Monitor and evaluate training team, programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
Manage instructor schedules, coordinate classes at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with all stakeholders for training batches.
Design, prepare, post educational aids and materials through various social media platforms for domestic and international training batches.
Trainer’s empanelment, assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training.
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
Monitoring monthly objectives and MIS report for management
Competency Requirements
MBA (Sales & Marketing), min 2-6 years of work experience in a Certification body or Training organisation.
Knowledge of ISO standards and Management Systems Training needs of industry.
Good communication.
