Inviting applications for the role of Associate/Senior Associate, Business Analyst
We are inviting applications for the role of Associate/Sr. Associate. In this role, you are expected to manage time effectively to meet SLA & client deliverables. We are looking for someone open to working in any shift as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities and Skills
Experience in SQL Server, PLSQL Server relational databases, data analysisExperience in Linux/Unix systems and building scriptsProficient in working with computer programs outside of Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive in an ever-changing environment with tight deadlinesAbility to think differently and solve tickets fasterProficient in the ability to lead and troubleshoot issues while providing clear and concise explanations as to what occurred and how it can potentially be preventedProficient in written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitaskAbility to interact with multiple teams to provide the correct resolutionsAbility to work on a flexible schedule which includes weekend/night shiftsAble to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients, scheduling flexibility required
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MScStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.Effective communication in writing and verbally to clients.Experience in balancing customer-facing roles and work assessments.Self-starter and have analytical, problem-solving skillsAbility to balance customer governance meetingsDemonstrates ability to quickly grasp technical concepts or practices

Preferred qualifications
Experience in SQL Server, PLSQL Server relational databases, data analysisExperience in Linux/Unix systems and building scriptsKnowledge of DB Architecture is good to haveGood conceptual knowledge in warehousing and experience in other Control M is an added advantageAble to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients, scheduling flexibility requiredOverall, the candidate should have a problem-solving, and analytics approach.Good people and customer handling skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of DB Architecture is good to have
