Project: Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Digital Technologies
Experience: 2-4 years for training/teaching experience in Spoken English and Soft Skills
Location: Mohali
Qualification: Graduate in English/Sociology/Arts/ B.Ed/ M.Ed/Post Graduate-English/ NET UGC Qualified
Number of openings: Part- time
Roles and Responsibilities:
To create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Ensure timely completion of course and internal assessment of students.
To conduct sessions on workplace English and Etiquettes.
Coach students on resume writings, interviews preparation and job retention skills and attitudes.
Conduct mock interviews with the students and continuously share effective feedback.
Demonstrates understanding of employability skills, teaching materials, and procedure with understanding of various teaching methods.
Coordinate and assist with the Placements team.
Desired Skill Set
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Potential candidate must have experience in workplace english
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Willing to learn and adopt new skills.
Excellent presentation, Feedback and coaching skills.
