Roles and Responsibilities
Role : Associate : Quality Assurance
Education : Bachelors in Engineering
Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of software testing experience ,good knowledge in Payment Domain is preferred

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Associate – Quality Assurance to join our team. He/She will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Accountabilities and Major Activities

1. Creation of Test cases –
Extensive experience in software development and testing
Create tests to identify software problems
Test modules/products and identifying deficiencies
Test case Automation

2. Identify and Analyze the Bugs
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

3. Test Report, Documentation
Document results of tests for the software development team
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

4. Collaboration with Prod Team, Developers
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

Functional Skills

Strong Knowledge in Automation on selenium tool.
Experienced in Cache Products such as Redis, Memcache.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Familiarity with Agile framework.
Experienced in RDBMS/NO SQL Products such as MySQL , PostgreSQL, Cassendra
Integration Frameworks [ Redis, React, kafka, Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL ]
Analytical mind and problem solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
