As an integral member of our product team, you will help us convert innovative ideas to product design while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResearch, brainstorm and execute the product designsDo independent user research combined with data to create design hypothesisCreate engaging, functional and beautiful interfaces from low fidelity mock-ups to pixel perfect designsDrive product design and development with complete ownership of the area you are involved inGather post-release feedback from the users and iterate designs to meet desired business objectivesUse data to drive discussions and design logicDesired candidate profileYou are a good fit for this role if you:At least 2-3 years of product design experienceHave worked with design tools like invision, figma, sketch etc.Have good understanding of UI design frameworks, responsive design principles, typography, grid-based systemsAre self-motivated to prioritize and manage workloadAre a team player and can work with other teams towards meeting project milestones and deadlinesLove coming up with original ideas and have an excellent problem-solving skillHave a strong empathy for the users, enjoy interacting with them and have a knack of peeling the problem layers to find the right problem statementBonus – if you have an existing portfolio that exhibits excellent use of design frameworks, user scenarios, typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements.Additional InformationOur offer to you includes:The Product team you will be part of comprises of a bunch of smart and awesome people.
