Job Description : Details for AVP -Business Development (Insurance Sales & Adv)• 1. Design & Execute Strategy to drive Insurance Sales for the Branch/Channel/Region. Responsible for meeting Premium collection target through direct business (own clients), Branch RMs, Progress Partners and POS Channel

2. Responsible for meeting RM & Partner Activation target through Data Mining, Lead Generation, Joint Sales Calls, Handholding, Advisory & Support

3. Lead generation, Deal Closing, Servicing and Client Engagement

4. Drive Rewards & Recognition programs, Sales Campaigns, Local Marketing events & activities

5. Regular Trainings on Products, Sales, Business Process, using Online Portal & App to RMs & Partners

6. Implementing development initiatives, following TAT’s, maintaining regular Business MIS and adhering to Compliance norms.’);
