Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : • Train employees on AWS Cloud Platform • Design curriculum, develop content, hands-on scenarios, and case-studies • Upskill on Cloud Native and Cloud adjacent skills • Program/Project management skills to design and execute new learning programs in Cloud technologies • Internal and External Stakeholder management • Own up and lead new programs and end-to-end execution
Technical Experience : • Should be a subject matter expert on AWS • Proficient • Exposure to Data on Cloud Solutions like Amazon RDS, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Redshift, AWS EMR • Familiarity with other Cloud platforms like Azure and GCP
Professional Attributes : • Passion to train and enable employees on Cloud and Cloud Native Skills • Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on Cloud and Cloud Native areas • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders • Self-learning capabilities • Good team player • Demonstrated program/project management skills • Ability to mentor employees in team • Self-learning capabilities
Educational Qualification : • B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification
Additional Information : • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills • Prior experience in training delivery is desirable
