Job Description : Recruiting for a Back End Developer who will work closely with the CTO to introduce best practices and advocate for these within the team. In addition to contributing to daily development tasks on projects, you would also be expected to:
Advocate for coding standards
Conduct code reviews
Be reliable, available, and responsive to answer questions from the wider team
Assist with project initiation and set-up
Have an awareness of the commercial significance of projects and prioritise tasks accordingly

Essential:
High level of coding proficiency in C# .NET (Core)
Solid understanding and working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience working with databases
GIT version control
Some Cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure)
Building RESTful APIs
Understanding of programming patterns and practices
Structured and analytical approach to problem solving and technical decision making
Quality focused approach to work with high level of attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience of one or more of Entity Framework, Angular and/or React,
A broad knowledge of full-stack web application architecture.
Experience of building native mobile apps using cross-platform frameworks such as Ionic or Flutter would be a bonus skillset
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Back End Developer will be leading development of products for new and established clients typically at POC, MVP and MCVP stages. As such your responsibilities will also include:
Working closely with other team functions such as a product delivery and operations to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and to high standards
Managing and mentoring developers, setting development standards and sharing knowledge and best practice
Creating and developing technical solutions to complex problems
Working as a senior member of an agile development team to develop, test and maintain applications
Designing and developing tests
Peer-review of code
Reporting on project progress to the COO, CTO and Directors
Continual learning of technologies and skills
