Job Description : Designation: – Jr. ManagerExperience: – 4 to 6 yearsQualification: – MBA/MMS/MPM/PGD/PGPRole Purpose: Create Brand Awareness and Consideration by executing marketing operations in the key Customer SegmentsDETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Understanding business requirements (marketing related) and coming up with ideas, solutions, concepts, content, and creating clarity for creative teams on tasks and messaging briefs.2. Create concept and execution plans for marketing campaigns & initiatives and manage deliveries as per the timelines.3. Coordinate with various BUs for their field requirements and manage deliverables as per the brand guidelines.4. Manage key vendors and agencies. Sharing formal briefs and managing their work output.5. Driving Digital campaigns/activations for brand awareness and consideration.6. Work with vendors in the development of content, photoshoots, AVs, websites, landing pages, Printers, Event Managements, corporate gifts, etc.7. Drive ‘customer testimonial’ initiative on a regular basis.8. Document and create case studies for various projects executed by companies in different BUs.9. Attend and manage on-ground marketing activities of the brand like exhibitions, customer meets pop-up events, etc.COMPETENCIES: 1. Creative thinking & Exploration2. Customer-centricity3.
