We at Extramarks are looking for Senior Business Development Executives/Business Development Executives.About the roleThe role being offered is Business development executive/Sr. Business Development Executive. As a Business Development you role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students), to set up meetings, counsels the student on learning pedagogues. The role will involve 60% field sales and 40% calling from office.LocationPune – (Work from Office)Roles and responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.Achieve weekly and monthly goals.Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.Remain knowledgeable about all organization’s products and services to facilitate sales efforts.Completing input numbers on daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.To research and analyze the customer’s requirements and present best solutions.Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices.Research key customer wants and needs.Selection processThere are three rounds for the selection process:➢ PI – 1st Round –Group Discussion➢ PI – 2nd Round – Manager Round(Core competency)➢ PI -3rd Round – HR RoundExpected Skills for BDE/Sr. BDEB.E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, Or Any Graduate/Post GraduateFresher/ 3 months or more experience in sales (preferably in edu-tech)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommercial awarenessCTC Offered: Post Graduate – 4.5LPA Fixed+ 1.8LPA VariableGraduate – 3.5LPA Fixed + 1.8LPA VariableJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹450,000.00 per yearBenefits:Commuter assistanceLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Pune – 411001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Have you read about Extramarks?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
