Position :
Job Description : This will be a Sales force Admin role which would be a part of a dynamic Salesforce team of developers and administrators at Ameriprise. This individual will be responsible for end-user support, maintenance and updates to the platform for our TPAG business processes. They will work collaboratively with business users to understand issues, then drive the technical solutions that are aligned with the business strategies and the organization’s architectural standards.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support of US-based salesforce.com end-user queries via email, telephone and Teams end user requests
Handle all basic administrative functions including:User setup and maintenanceReport and Dashboard creation and maintenanceAccount and Contact management using data best-practicesMaintaining custom object and junction object configuration and dataAssist in training new users, including development, enhancement and maintenance of training materialsTroubleshoot issues related to Flows and other automations, escalating findings with comprehensive details to technical teamAssist with testing and validation during release cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-4 years Salesforce administrator experienceSalesforce Administrator CertificationDirect experience supporting US/UK-based salesforce.com end-users
Demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve complex data and system-related problemsPrevious use and experience with custom objects and junction objectsProven problem solving and process improvement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Validity DemandTools, other data management tools to support governance
Experience with Nintex (Drawloop), Conga
