Job Description:
Possess strong domain knowledge – Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, App Analytics (Firebase/AppsFlyer/Branch/MixPanel), CRO, Media Analytics
Ability to handle Google Analytics Projects end-to-end
Contribute to building effective process management, mentoring teammates, reducing product & execution inefficiencies.
Be responsible for day-to-day Google Analytics operations and performance of stakeholder accounts, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders.
Own, manage and grow digital analytics strategies for the respective Business Units.
Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights, and effectively communicating.
Work with leadership to improve client acquisition and engagement strategies
Stay in touch with market needs and industry trends to identify pain points and gaps
Be responsible for Quality and timely deliverables for requests.
Work with the internal Product and tech team to ensure smooth tracking of campaigns and conversion rate optimization projects.
Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance – ROI, retention, engagement etc.
Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance for All channels and all domains to the respective business heads.
Work with business and product teams to drive offers and landing pages that will help in improving conversions.
Qualifications:
Certified in Google Analytics, GTM (Google Tag Manager) – REQUIRED
2+ years’ experience with marketing campaigns analysis in Google AdWords and other packages like DoubleClick
2+ years’ experience with SEM, SEO and Social Media.
Any Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Google Analytics Implementation.
Experience in using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Big Query Automation
Have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, Optimize
Have experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics (GA360).
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
B2B eCommerce experience is good to have.
