The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Business Learning Trainer to join our Business Learning team. The Business Learning Trainer is responsible for scoping, development/content creation and delivery of Business Systems which supports the Business Process learning for Aon in Australia.
Key responsibilities will include:
Participate in project working groups as Business Learning SME
Consult with Business Analyst and Change Managers to identify change impacts, business process changes, future state process
Apply the Voice of the End User/learner in all engagement with Project teams to identify learning needs and best learning solutions to support user adoption and process embedding
Responsible for Scope, Design and Creation of Training Materials-
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
eLearning simulation videos (Adobe Captivate soundbite training learning)
Quick Reference Guides (QRG)
Business Case training scenarios
Knowledge Assessment Tests (KAT)
Delivery of End User learning either Face to Face or via Webinar
Some training will involve small changes and only require “micro learning” Live Lab 15-minute WebEx or 5-minute Adobe simulation video
Post implementation handover project to BAU Learning Executive for ongoing delivery as required
About you:
This position will suit a someone with the following experience:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant Tertiary qualifications
Stakeholder management with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Instructional Design / Adobe Captivate (essential)
Prior experience with Financial Service, and ideally insurance
Knowledge of Insurance Broking concepts/terminology in this industry
Regular and direct contact with stakeholders and internal partners.
Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills (essential) and Excel (desired)
Proficient in WebEx / Zoom
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
