Job Description : As a part of Business Operations team in Asia, this role will work in partnership with senior executives across our Sales organization in Asia and will provide operational support for the delivery of Asia’s KPIs and strategic initiatives. The role has high exposure to LSEG Asia’s senior executives and is expected to bring reporting and analytical skill set to support the organization’s growth targets, and lead change management to support the company’s growth.
In turn, you will learn the complexities of the information and financial services industries and lay the foundation for a successful career at LSEG. As part of the team, you will also play a critical role in driving a data driven culture across Asia.
Responsibilities:
Support execution planning & draw key insights from the Asia business to support executive decision-making
Analyze the Asia book of business to help key decision-makers better understand their clients, the market, and the opportunities that LSEG should pursue in Asia
Scope out and execute on data-driven, analytical projects that deliver critical insight on our business
Lead business performance measurement efforts
Support the Asia operating rhythm through the timely publication of regional and market-level key performance indicators
Drive scalability of all reporting efforts through process development, template standardization, and automated data extraction
Create & manage tools to provide data driven analysis
Maintain key business process tools such as Salesforce and Tableau. Also train the frontline & drive usage
Collaborate with Global Analytics teams to leverage their resources in ensuring accuracy of all the relevant systems for Asia (Salesforce, Tableau)
Support Asia Business Reviews and senior management adhoc requests
Collaborate with other support functions to develop materials that contribute to Asia Business Reviews
Liaison across various teams in the region to collect appropriate data and insight for adhoc requests throughout the year
Key coordination role all business & growth activities
Work closely with PMO and customer service Head (migrations, implementations, service loop)
Point of contact for key back-office Teams (e.g. Customer Admin on order process and billing related activities)
Participate into UAT of new tool releases and validate for Asia
Ensure Regional Strategic initiatives are turned into Operational Reality in sub-region by
Relaying and driving regional business transformation programs
Manage recurring global Business programs:
Campaigns
Price Increase process
Commissions
