We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a CCTV Controller at our one of our biggest clients in the heart of London. Based in the financial hub of London, it is one of the largest pedestrianised neighbourhoods in the heart of London. The site brings business and pleasure together offering both food and retail outlets, coffee shops and a cinema.
Your role as a CCTV Controller will see you wholly responsible for the management, operation and utility of the sites CCTV operation at a given building. To provide a proactive and effective security over watch of the estate at all times. To assist the security team on the ground and portfolio supervisors with a digital over watch of the site.

Shift pattern 4 on , 4 off

Main Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely early warning of risks to Broadgate’s assets and people
Manage and account for all site radios on a shift by shift basis
Provide immediate support to Portfolio Supervisors utilising CCTV, access control and radio communications
Produce daily/weekly reports, statistics and documentation relating to the activities of your area of responsibility
Essential skills
SIA – CCTV/DS licence
Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
