Job Description : “Listen” to the trends of the F&B and FMCG market and direct the market research efforts of the company
Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy focusing on Hangry’s Brand growth
Set marketing goals and objectives for every department in Marketing Division (Marketing Communications, Brand and Design, Growth Marketing)
Understand budget management for all the marketing activities.
Determine KPIs for the marketing department
Monthly review and analyze end-to-end marketing plan and activity.
Experience in CMO role minimum 3 years
Having experience managing Marketing Branding
Having experience handling multiple categories of brand
Having experience in F&B and/or the FMCG industry is a plus
Preferably having experience growing new Brand from zero and become a market leader Brand
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, marketing communications, and performance marketing)
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
Experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channel
Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities, excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
