Job Description : Need Coding Teachers for US Shift – English Fluency Must!!!Work Location: Permanent – Work form Home (WFH)Shift Timings: Classes will be allotted between 8PM – 10AM, Minimum 8Classes Per Day (Each Class Duration – 60Mins).Requirements (Mandate): Should have knowledge about Code.org, Scratch Programming, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Python.Should have good English fluency to communicate with US Students & Parents.Since its work from home the candidate should have a PC/Laptop with active internet connection, good quality webcam & a headset with mic.Job Responsibility: Should be able to teach the kids of age 6 – 16Should take 8 classes in a day which can be assigned between 8PM – 10AMShould maintain at least 50% demo conversion rateSpeak to parents after demo class and let them know about the curriculum details and convince them to enroll their kids for coding classes.Should maintain an average of at least 4.5 star review from parentsMake sure that every class needs to be very much fun & interactiveNeed to be very much flexible to work in night shifts & hold competitive spiritShould give assignments to the kids and conduct post class quizzesEducation Requirements: Anyone who holds Graduation/Masters from Computer Science Background.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherSalary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Night shiftUS shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Language:English (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Work Remotely:Yes
