We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to organize and oversee effective communication with all internal audiences – corporate & branch offices and employees on shop floor and site. You will be a part of a team building the presence of a newly listed company with a technology heritage of over a century and will play a key role in facilitating a smooth transformation at this juncture.
Your responsibilities
By working in conjunction with management, develop and manage the content plan for internal communication in line with strategic and operational requirements. Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications
Plan and organize regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between management and employees
Identify, commission and promote quality content and usage across internal communications platforms, managing online communities and ensuring employees adhere to the terms of use and GDPR regulations.
In addition, ensure all internal communications content is consistent with our brand and tone of voice.
Interpret internal communications data and user feedback to evaluate and improve internal communications and employee engagement.
Manage the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism/Communications, and Business, Engineering or other relevant related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with proven track record, and an interest in technology
Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large organization, is most sought after. But experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired.
Prior management of complex projects and advising senior managers is also looked upon favorably.
Strategic, analytical and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor the report on progress
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details.
Fluency in English – both spoken and written. Fluency in Hindi.
