Job Description : You are good at:Understanding design copy, web practices and video advertisingManaging creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancersManaging cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop ad strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executionsLeading creative development for key initiatives across channelsCreative storytelling, art direction, user experience, motion, and marketingProficient in UI/UX, video and rich media content and advertising, and building librariesYou will be responsible for (not limited to):Sell concepts to senior and executive-level internal and external stakeholdersManaging copy and design teams and the creative development processYour experience:Total of 7-10 years of experienceExperience with an advertising agency, digital agency or internal corporate agency6+ years of relevant professional experience driving compelling brand creative strategy and execution3+ years of directly managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining themYour academic qualifications:No LimitationsWhat will we be excited to see in you:Proven ability and deep understanding of digital, new media, and socialKnowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Sketch, Adobe XD, and motion graphics, and basic skills in animation are a definite plusJob Type: Full-time
