Job Description : We are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant/Credit Controller to join our Burntwood based clients busy & friendly Finance team on a temporary basis.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Credit control
Processing of supplier invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Banking
Basic reporting
Emails
Ad-hoc tasks
Skills/ experience:
Previous experience essential – ideally working towards an accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA)
IT Literacy – you will need an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and experience using Sage.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organisational and communication skills
Ability and comfortability of working to targets
We anticipate this role to last 6 months, starting on/around 21st February 2022.
You will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week and the hours of work will be 9 a.m – 5 p.m Monday to Thursday and 9.a.m – 4.30 p.m. on a Friday
