Devise month to month marketing campaign plan and strategy
Responsible for creating a wide variety of high-converting content based on objectives in multi-channel CRM tools (Email, push notification, In-App message, etc.) for our online and offline stores to engage and retain customers
Manage email marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
Develop and create effective marketing promotions
Evaluate campaign performance and deliver a regular report of campaign result
Work collaboratively with other internal teams to deliver a flawless, on-time and high impact campaign
Work closely with Digital Marketing team team to strategize, create and execute on lifecycle and other CRM marketing campaigns
Help Digital Marketing team to choose the right tool, to manage our reputation and deliverability, as well as to reduce churn and increase NPS
Help establish a CRM content plan & calendar to optimize customers’ awareness and engagement
Assist with the development and execution of creative ideas, design, and layout in support of all CRM activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities
Responsible for distributing fresh leads to lead development specialists monthly
Ongoing management of audience segmentation and tactical lifecycle email campaigns (writing, scheduling, testing, and deployment)
Set up nurturing flow to convert cold leads into potential customers
Generate demands through personalized campaigns based on the buying stages of leads
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management
Minimum 1+ years of CRM experience which includes designing, planning and running multiple CRM campaigns preferred
Familiar with email marketing and push notification, especially CRM
Knowledge in marketing automation tools is a plus
Proven record of planning and execution using data-driven approaches.
Exceptional project management skills
Excellent written, communication skills and has a creative mindset
Fluent in English both oral and written
Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
