Job summary
AWS ProServe India LLP is hiring senior level Analytics Customer Delivery Architect (CDA) in our Professional Services group in India.

The Analytics Customer Delivery Architect (CDA) is a new growth role within the Professional Services umbrella in India, and is principally oriented around a qualify-deliver-manage model. The CDA is responsible for partnering with the Professional Services leadership to dive deep into enterprise customer’s business challenge, to collaboratively propose and pre-qualify a particular set of outcomes that would result from a formal Professional Services engagement. Thereafter, the CDA remains meaningfully engaged with the internal customer, Amazon team and project/program to ensure high-value, predictable, and successful delivery.

This role has a unique hybrid of AWS platform expertise and hands-on building, coupled with cross-industry business acumen, including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, obsession for internal customers, and their success using AWS that will align well with the desired outcomes to be produced.

A successful candidate will enjoy diving deep into data, doing analysis, discovering root causes, and proposing long-term solutions using AWS AI/ML, data analytics and other services.

CDAs are members of the AWS ProServe team, and travel to locations in India is required.

Key job responsibilities

In partnership with the Professional Services practice manager, formulate and execute data analytics and AI/ML strategies to accelerate internal customer outcomes through AWS Professional Services engagements.
Engage with internal customer business and IT executives to define and execute enterprise-level data analytics and AI/ML transformation programs and help create compelling business cases.
Build deep relationships with senior business and technical individuals within internal customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
Lead architectural discussions and design workshops with internal customers, and understand the requirements deeply.
Develop Professional Services project proposals and SOWs, and work with Professional Services account managers to develop detailed task plans, effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
Guide the delivery of strategic professional services engagements.
Form strategic relationships with AWS technology and Systems Integrator partners.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge and delivery content amongst the AWS Professional Services community
Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or Math
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Executives, IT Management, developers and business leaders
Ability to understand and articulate business impact of technical decisions
Assisting internal customer to manage executive Customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
