Job Description : – Male Candidates Only- Must be from a Management Background (BBA, BBM, MBA Etc.)Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: – Receiving calls of customers- Make a note of the queries and communicate with the team.- Follow up & resolve queries in minimum time.- Keep track of the queries that are unresolved. – Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries. – Providing outstanding customer service. – Updating customer information as required – Candidates Having Experience In BPO Will Be Preferred. – Take Ownership of Customer Issues. – Troubleshoot Problems And See Them Through To Resolution – Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Internal Teams – Document Knowledge In The Form Of Solution Articles – Maintaining confidentiality of information. – Performing other duties as the need arises.Customer Service Associate Requirements: 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field. Proficient computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong people skills.
