Job Description : Overview:

Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:
Designing test frameworks for test automation and testing in general.
Coordinating the implementation of test automation and other test tools
Incrementally improve QA processes, automation tools, automated tests
Providing guidance on non-functional testing such as performance testing, security testing, etc.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to articulate and drive sustainable test lifecycle processes for Dynamics365 application
Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-based setting
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and promoting professional implementation of Agile testing principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Software Quality Assurance experience with at least 3 years for CRM applications.
Assist building DevOps pipeline within the projects for QA Automation suites.
Good CRM Automation exposure with tools like Easy Repro, Executive Automats, etc.
Ability to create automated tests in chosen framework by reviewing code commits and user stories while following DevSecOps practices and CI/CD processes
Good hands-on experience for non-functional testing (Performance and Infra)
Hands-on experience working on Selenium and BDD Framework.
Functional Knowledge of D365 Sales & Marketing and Resource Scheduling modules
Collaborative experience with Development and Application Architects to ensure testability of applications during design phase.
Able to coach, mentor and guide QA engineers with their goal settings and reviews
Build/Review test suites, test tools, and ensure full end-to-end automation from product initiation to production release.
Must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization
Experience working closely with other Scrum team members (Dev, POs, etc.) to understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Participate in QA community practices and demonstrate thought leadership, pitch ideas and test new approaches.
Act as a point of contact for the Test Team and escalate any required actions, issues, or risks to the Project Team/Steering Group
Ensure that the work submitted by all test team members, including subcontract staff, meets the required Quality standards of the project
Qualifications:
Exposure to Document Management and Service applications within D365
Exposure to test management and code management with Azure DevOps
QA certification(s) from a reputed institute or online training providers
