Your Role and Responsibilities
The Offering Manager for the portfolio acts as an entrepreneur, strategist, technical visionary, cross-functional team leader, and client advocate. The OM will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for the services portfolio, working along with the various stakeholders across the organization. The OM will be responsible for the overall success of the services portfolio, as defined by the revenue, customers and cloud competency & partnerships attained.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The Successful Candidate will possess: 8-12 Years IT experience, with 6 years of practice/offering roles
Demonstrated business experience and expertise in developing Data & AI, IoT, cloud based offerings, products and services.
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and self-starter
Recognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi -country organizations
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Preferred skills and experience: Experience in developing offering & services portfolio around Data & AI
Good understanding of cloud services and market trends
Experience in developing business plans, budgets, roadmaps, GTM Strategy along with various stakeholders in the organization
Well versed in the offering/services release process, right from incubation to release and on going enhancements
Good understanding of the market trends, competition, data and analytics trends, hyperscaler strategies
Experience in creating and articulating the winning strategy for the portfolio
Drive a cross functional team of architects, sales, engineering, marketing and alliances towards the business goals
Good Understanding of alliance/partnership programs, MSP and competency requirements
Associate level data certifications for any one of AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred
