Roles and Responsibilities
Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense)
Strong mathematics skills (e.g., statistics, algebra)
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
Advanced ability to perform exploratory data analysis
Experience with common data science toolkits
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Scala
Working knowledge of statistics
Exceptional technical writing skills
Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with machine learning and AI
Familiarity with data infrastructure management
Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
Excellent attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile
9+ years of experience in Financial services, retail, IT (preferred)
Working on HR and Finance data would be preferred
