Job Description : Responsibilities for Daycare Teacher Efficiently communicate and coordinate with teaching assistants teaching daily lesson plansOffer individual support to students in small groups to promote the understanding of more challenging conceptsOversee the safety of the students inside of the classroom, during field trips and on the campusEnsure students adhere to the school or daycare stated rules and policiesGrade worksheets and student assignments, recording homework and tests scoresEnsure each student’s progress through assessments and have awareness of students who need additional guidanceProvide additional assistance to students who have special needsQualifications for Daycare TeacherProfessional experience working with young children is strongly preferredBasic understanding of childhood development and methods used to instruct children of various agesAbility to communicate with other teachers and parents regarding student’s progress and behavior in the classroomStrong organizational skills are essential to prepare materials for planned daily lessonsPersonal accountability and patience are essential when working with young students in a classroom environmentAbility to prioritize several activities seamlessly and instruct students in instances that are exceptionally busyBasic writing, math and science skills are needed to teach students and answer their questionsAbility to manage potentially challenging behavior from students and maintain a professional and patient demeanorExperience supporting positive relationships with children and adults in a learning environment.Timing – 11.30 am to 6.30pm.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
