The Team
Our mission is to help transform Global Tax & Legal Business with radical efficiencies at its core. You will be at the heart of fulfilling our mission by bringing your experience to the table to own and help our vision of an effective Delivery Centre Network end to end. You will be part of Global Tax & Legal Office Hyderabad (GTLOH) that provides a wide array of services to the Deloitte Global and it’s member firm network and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio. The team provides Support, Document Services support, financial processing and analysis support, Record management support, Ethics and compliance support and admin assistant support. GTLOH helps improve overall efficiency and control while giving the network access to the company’s best and brightest resources. It also lets business units focus on what really matters – satisfying customers and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage. It involves consolidating and standardizing a wildly diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions, and requires a high degree of cooperation among business units.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeputise for the Project DirectorProvide additional direction and guidance to team members on behalf of the Project DirectorLead the production of briefing materials for GTLE and wider stakeholdersLead the refresh and maintenance of the GT&L DC Dashboard, in conjunction with USI teamSupport efforts to identify, build and communicate with our Stakeholder NetworkDeliverySupport work to develop the GT&L GDC strategy and planRespond to direction from the Project Director to develop analysis on Current State, Future State and mapping between themSupport engagement with Delivery CentresRepresent GT&L in cross-business units for a consistent Delivery Center Operational data & dashboardsMust be very comfortable with data analysis, management and utilization, as well as the key tax technologies/automated tools and processesWork with Finance teams (eg CAPs and FIG), MF COOs to understand, plan, forecast and report on KPIs & metrics relevant to GT&L Delivery Centre NetworkSupport related GT&L transformation activitiesCreate surveys, questionnaire, data collect requests to collect and analyze headcount, CS hours, rates and other relevant data relevant to GT&L DCN project
Qualification : Any degree
Shift Timings: 2PM IST – 11PM IST
Location: Hyderabad
Experience:Intimate working knowledge of one or more delivery centresGood communication and presentation skillsVery familiar with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelVery familiar with Tableau, MS BI and/or similar data analytics and visualisation toolsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to work with numbers and identify patterns in complex datasets
