Asia Pacific Region (APAC)
To enhance Asia Pacific region’s growing demand for our solutions and services, we are hiring a Demand Generation campaign specialist to help manage new customer acquisition campaigns and drive demand for Kaseya portfolio of solutions across the region.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific (APAC), the newly created role is for a Demand Generation specialist to help with new customer acquisition marketing campaigns from coordination of campaign elements through to maintaining and tracking of APAC Demand Generation Marketing programs

You will be an integral part of the APAC team for the company and given this, we are seeking a strong team member to help devise and execute new customer acquisition marketing campaigns to meet company business goals.
You will:
Manage and coordinate on key performance metrics for new customer acquisition campaigns
Ensure detailed communications and opportunities are incorporated into campaigns and tracking deliverables
Be a creative thinker and problem solver
Follow organizational processes which result in significant improvements in quality and efficiencies across demand generation campaigns and related projects
Carry out cross-functional project management
You Have:
2-3 years demand generation marketing campaign planning, execution and management experience
A team player, confident and adept at working with cross-functional business partners, including senior sales, marketing, global alliance and field teams
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with interdepartmental teams
Ability to manage own time, multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and provide high-quality outputs
Must be comfortable with technology
Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce/CRM.
Experience with Marketing automation tool Marketo, Zoom, GoToWebinar are a plus
Hours will be Asia Pacific hours, mainly to service Australia and New Zealand teams.
Working hours from 6:00am to 3:00pm IST

Role:
Organizing, implementing and coordinating new customer acquisition marketing campaigns
Coordinating company brands and products to ensure they are effectively and accurately communicated within marketing campaigns
Coordinating the design and production of marketing materials, such as product brochures, promotional items, point of sale material for campaigns and events
Coordinating the communication of marketing campaigns and campaign calendars to relevant stakeholders teams
Assisting with content management and maintenance of the APAC Marketing calendars
Managing and executing electronic direct marketing (EDM) to prospect databases
Input into current social media and digital marketing platforms, along with researching and implementing new avenues in this area.
Identify new opportunities with emerging social, digital channels and networks
Administrative duties such as database maintenance, management of APAC campaign repository and general support to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and optimize new customer acquisition marketing activities in Asia Pacific
Coordinate new customer acquisition marketing activity with both international and regional teams across functional teams
