Job Description : Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech(Mech/E&E) Work Experience : 3-5 Location : Bangalore Primary Skills : 1) Proficient on Creo 4.0 with Creo-Cabling and Creo Schematics.2) Proficient on Wiring harness domain knowledge.3) Shall have experience in harness design solutions within a CAD environment and adhere to internal design standards.4) Able to understand selection of wires, terminals, connectors for other electrical devices.5) Able to understand electrical network analysis, product schematic, wiring diagram and translate it on wiring harness design.6) Comprehensive understanding and application of drafting rules and principals (ASME Y14.5M), able to develop company standards.7) Good knowledge on harness manufacturing and develop 8) Proficient in developing engineering drawing as per standards._ Good To Have Skills _1) Pro-Diagram, E3, AutoCAD2) PTC Windchill PLM.3) Work experience in NPD, QnR & VAVE projects.4) HVAC domain experience._ Roles & Responsibilities _1) Design schematic and wiring diagram using Creo-Schematic as per inputs provided through markups.2) Using Creo Cabling, develop 3D harness design routing on unit model as per requirements.3) Complete component designation and autoroute wires using xml from Creo schematic wiring diagram.4) Flattening of harness in 3D environment and develop parametric drawing as per CAD standards.5) 3D modelling of Electrical component and develop drawings6) Prepare Engineering documentation, bill of material and change notices. 7) Complete release process on PTC Windchill PLM tool.8) Understand and adhere to design and drafting standard practices.9) Support Design Engineering projects independently.
