Candidate shall have 05 years to 07 years of pertinent experience in Mining and Metals and/or Oil and Gas and/or Industrial building design.
It is essential that the candidate is a proficient user of software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 and has demonstratable experience at building information modeling.
It is essential that candidate demonstrates knowledge of office tools, 3D Rendering and presentation skills and has good command over written and spoken English
Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information, applicable to architectural design, of other engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Plumbing and Electrical.
Candidate shall demonstrate working level of competence in the application of national and international building codes and standards such as NBC, IBC, NFPA, OSHA, IPC, PIP, and how they are applied in building design and engineering.
Candidate shall demonstrate knowledge of functional safety and fire safety regulations applicable in building design
