Job Description : Candidate staying between Andheri to Virar Should ApplyDesign & Estimation EngineerLocation: Andheri (W)Mumbai.Qualification: B.E Civil/Diploma.Experience: Min. 5 YearsIndustry Type: Real Estate/ Property.Functional Area: Design Coordination & Estimation Management.Responsibilities.1. Leading design coordination with all consultants and site team to manage drawing deliverables in relation to project schedule2. Review and analyze drawings prepared and optimize for efficiency3. Create project estimates and BOQ4. Prepare and review contractor and consultant work orders5. Approving and verification of quality/contractor bills by checking accuracy of drawing in regards to execution.6. Management of all project drawings in paper and digital form.7. Review and revise drawings as per director and project needs8. Coordinate with project managers to review site progress in relationship to design and billing9. Preparing agenda’s and reporting meeting minutes.10. Managing Jr. Draughts person in all design related work.Skills Required: 1. AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks2. Estimating budget and BOQ experience3. Understanding of Bar Binding Schedules4. Knowledge of preparing and reviewing work orders5. Excel, Outlook6. Good mathematical skills7. Showcase ability in auditing contractor work and prevent overspending.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing of mask is compulsory with double vaccination.Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
