Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occurEnsure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third partiesProactively follow the solution progress of incidentsResponsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of errorkeep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidentsFollow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request ManagementEvangelize best practices and methodologiesIdentify opportunities to automate processes and proceduresCultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions
Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members
Qualifikationen
Mandatory Requirements :
Knowledge in IaC tools (Puppet, Ansible etc)Experience in server and application-status monitoringExperience in Build Automation Server: Jenkins/ SonarExperience in Container Management: Docker/ Kubernetes/ OpenshiftKnowledge with Gradle, Maven and AntExpertise in CI/CD pipeline is mustExpertise in handling IBM products (like IBM WAS)Knowledge in Oracle is mustShould be comfortable with Linux environmentPDE build is added advantageExpertise in software development methodologiesExperience in at least one of the scripting languages(like Groovy)Experience in versioning tools like Git/SVNAbility to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services

Nice To have :

Experience of Agile/SCRUM way of workingKnowledge on Cloud & Container
Knowledge of Java / J2EE & JavaScripts
