Job Description : Prepare reports on findings for social media, campaign & paid marketing while illustrating data by creating dashboard & translating the complex result into written texts that are clear & understandable

Work together with BI Analyst to calculate the CAC & measure ROI of all marketing activations in paid channels

Identify improvement opportunities of growth & effectiveness of each marketing channel

Analysis creative ads performance every 2 weeks & give suggestion for new creative improvement for Marketing Ads

Do competitive analysis of Zenius & monitor our position with the comparisons with industry

Track emerging social media trends and tools to determine how they can be integrated into our company’s strategies.

Do wide-ranging listening for brand mentions, competitors’ activities, and market trends.

Track social media and channel performance daily in support of social media strategy and update whenever necessary.

Support content creation for use on social media and other channels through the use of data and better market understanding

Who is Our Ideal Candidate:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in computing-intensive subjects, e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or other analytical fields

At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics

Data driven, strong analytical & critical thinking

Capable of presenting and visualizing data findings clearly through reports & oral presentations to colleagues.

Experience in SQL and/or BI tools such as Google Datastudio, Looker/Metabase is a plus

Experience in Analysis Paid Ads data for Mobile & Website (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)

Understand the principles of of advertising/marketing

Have knowledge of marketing tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics & Listening Tools (sproutsocial, Talwalker), etc
